WebThat's not a great comparison because of course spine chill was weaker even with vault speed. It did everything resilience did but 3% smaller and with a more restrictive trigger. But yeah resilience is more reliable than Q&Q, even if it had vault speed.
WebOct 23, 2024 · Personally I'd run it with Spine Chill and rely on items and Addons to cover up for the lack of action buffs. The extra 6% at level 3 can come in real handy, and the skill checks aren't really that much harder with it on. Plus it's just an insanely good detection perk all by itself.
