Webb24 nov. 2012 · It is marked R.A.Litschert SPOT-SHOT K4-KV5 12. I did some looking in old American Rifleman mag's a friend has. I found the SPOT-SHOT's listed from the late 40's to early 50's. This one is mounted on a Weaver KV and is clear with good cross hairs.
