Intuitive eating is comprised of 10 principles, which serve to either cultivate or remove obstacles to interoceptive awareness, or one's own ability to be in tune with body cues. WebWe are what we eat. So if we decide to eat different, we also decide to think different. By making better choices with food, we can gain naturally our well-being weight without complicated diet, food supplements and/or complicated mental techniques.
