WebInstall Nemesis and XPMSE through your normal mod manager and make sure XPMSE's esp is active. Boot up Nemesis, select whichever patches you need and run the engine. It should detect XPMSE and create you a FNIS.esp file to use. You don't need to tick anything in the engine, it will detect XPMSE automatically.
