WebWeb Forms is still a first class citizen of ASP.NET 5 Full (The installed framework) but is completely absent from ASP.NET 5 Core (The NuGet distributable version). The hope being Core takes off, and ASP.NET essentially divorces from the regular .NET framework as it's own library set for the future, and Web Forms gets left behind forever (yay!).
