Actually, it looks just like a 289/302 but with a taller block and a wider intake manifold. Cleveland has a square valve cover with more bolts. Easiest way to describe the differences. Although the header flanges will fit both engines (both engines use the same heads) the headers for the 289/302 will not fit the body in the same way because the 351W is taller and wider than the 289/302.
