With ample reflavoring, a normal druid can feel like a necromancer, it just requires a bunch of buy in from the dm and fellow players. All of your summons now are grabbing skeletons and zombies instead of beasts.
WebSpell wise, you get access to toll the dead, one of the best damage cantrips. Druids generally have weak damage cantrips, so this is a great bonus. Also word of radiance, probably the best AOE cantrip. The highlights for 1st level spells are bless, bane, and command.
