Since you are from Australia and we have shit internet I wouldn't recommend hosting it off your laptop. This method can most likely break the applications in there, if they're not just standalone executables (ie. single .exe files) But I GUESS you could just throw all those folders into one place, then start doing searches for eg. "*.jpg" in that place, move all found items to a new folder you made for jpg files.
